Hot Lunch Program
The Hot Lunch Program at Holy Cross is run by HCC School Council. Online ordering is open 3 times a year for Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions. Payment can be made online by credit card or by EXACT cash sent to the school office by the deadline. Cheques are NOT accepted.
Emails will go out to parents to advise when each session is open for ordering.
HOT LUNCH DATES FOR THE YEAR (WEDNESDAYS)
Fall Session Session: Oct 10 and 24; Nov 7 and 21; Dec 5, 2018 - ORDERING IS NOW CLOSED
Winter Session: Jan 9 and 16; Feb 13 and 27; March 13 and 27, 2019 (Watch for future email with order deadline)
Spring Session: April 3 and 17; May 1, 15 and 29; June 12 (Watch for future email with order deadline)

PICKING UP LUNCHES: Please remind your children they need to pick up their lunches promptly on Hot Lunch Days. Please note that if your child is away on a day they ordered hot lunch, unclaimed lunches cannot be saved unless previous arrangements have been made with Tina, the Hot Lunch Co-ordinator. A parent or sibling can pick up on their behalf if they like.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We are looking for volunteers to help distribute hot lunch. Time commitment would be approximately 11:30 to 12:30 on Hot Lunch days.
